Suki-Ya

Bonjour ~~

Feeling some uneasy and bored during the weekend, stressful as well, all because of study stuffs and some thoughts are bugging me. Not really want and dare to tell bf much about how i feel, wanna remain my happy emotion to him and i know i should try to stay on my comfort zone and be happy.

Ok, let's talk about a new japanese cuisine i have tried 2 weeks ago, Suki-Ya in Pavilion Kl. I have seen some of my friends were trying this before but every time i saw their pictures, there were beef inside and i was like... er... ok, deleting this restaurant from my mind lolll.  As i do not consume beef so.. haha.

Until the other day we were walking inside the Tokyo street in Pavilion, we saw the suki-ya japanese steamboat which was the one i saw my friends were having and fortunately they actually provide unlimited consumption of beef, mutton and chicken! Oh yea.. you can either choose one of them or actually 3 of them as well, without limit :D

That day was actually 1st of November which was our 34 months being tgt, but i have forgotten cause i don't really want myself to remember some special dates since.....hmm..i don't know when. He told me he wanted to treat me on this but unfortunately it costed rm 39.80++ for dinner ( if i have not mistaken) and lunch was only rm29.80++. And we had already taken our lunch in Levain so we have to choose for the dinner which was more expensive than lunch time.

We walked around in the mall until dinner time, luckily we went in around 6pm or else we have to queue for quite long. I have to say that i am a type of steamboat person, no matter it is Japanese steamboat or that type of normal steamboat which people take during CNY. But, BUT.......i have always no chance to take steamboat and i don't know why :( I have surveyed many steamboat restaurants but don't even have one is suitable for me, mostly because of my problem. Such as the LaMeiZi in Penang, many people like there but for me, it is spicy type steamboat with beef and pork, so i can't go :( And also like Yea Penang or even E&O or Equitorial buffet, none of them i have tried before. Whenever there are people invited me to there , but one second after they will say something like " oh.. but there are many seafood.. you can't eat wor.. or bla bla.." and i felt heartbroken T.T asked me to go but ended up i saw people went to enjoy without me.

Ok,as fyi, i do not consume beef, mutton and pork as well. Furthermore i am allergic to seafood so i think the only thing i can eat is vege and chicken, but now... i am actually started to eliminate with chickens, not good right? because i make myself have lesser things to eat and enjoy, but seriously i can't get over my thought of don't eat chicken sometimes. I have really become like a semi-vegetarian and.. if i consume chickens.. must be the type like slices or pieces, which are in smaller size lol. (just like the chickens in suki-ya :D lol )

Ahh... i still remember the excited feeling when i can FINALLY dine in a Japanese steamboat restaurant!!! Hehehehe!!

About to start!! ^^ The paper has taught you some special ways to try their food haha, but we did not do all.

We have ordered miso and sukiyaki for our soup based. Sooooo happy again!! cause they have got 4 choices and i can choose the one without spicy!! hehehehe!! Happy girl was happy ^^ So how can i not to love suki-ya now? They make me feel like they are providing a healthy concept Japanese restaurant which is definitely suitable for me :p

And i have learned how to eat steamboat too, we have taken different types of vegetables and mushrooms but we did not take ramen or soba and i have only taken few processed food, so we have more time to try the chickens, especially bf ate a lot of chickens lol. I ate not that much compare to him cause i want to make sure the chickens were fully cooked and without the chickens' smell, and cut away the fatty skin lolll. You know me.. has my own slow and healthy way to eat chicken too. lol. and their special chili sauce was good too! Can't believe i can love chilies too right hahaha.
Happy kid hehehehe. and too bad we did not have sufficient time to finish and eat 99!! sobs! We even rushed to take our ice cream before paying, damn haha. We did not notice we were only given 2 hours until the boss came and informed us before 15 minutes, sobss. Swear to God that next time we must fully utilize our nom nom time there!
Tokyo street.

Overall it was a good day because it filled with good food, levain and suki-ya. Both restaurants are quite healthy for me, instead of eating western food..yeeee. Kind of Italian restaurant for lunch and Japanese restaurant for dinner. That's why i like :) lol. Feel like bringing my family for suki-ya cause i know my mum and sis will like the kimchi soup based and my dad and I can try the other soup, but it is quite impossible la... as they rarely want to bring me out too :( They will give me excuses even when i suggested i want to go Penang with them , don't even say go to kl.. but they can go anywhere or even oversea with their friends.. heart broken again :(

Suki-ya is available in Pavilion, paradigm mall and Mont-Qiara. Not sure still got other places or not, kindly visit their page if you want to know more !

See you, Byeee.
