Back to here and wanna blog about the cafe i went with le bf this afternoon, for random lol.
Eventually technology makes you know more about those well-known foods every where in the world hahah, especially you're an user of Fb or instagram or blogger.
I often see people posted up a birdy and beary icecream which look so damn adorable, and just realise it is only in Butterworth and near to my house as my house to Raja Uda is just a few minutes driving distance. However i always thought that one is a snowman so i told le bf and we wanted to have a try on that " snowman " until we saw the menu, it wasn't a snowman but a birdy and a beary anyway. lol.
The place named as " Gathers Cafe", i always know about this shop but i have never been there. If not mistaken, previously the shop was named as " Gathers street 聚乐街" and now it is " Gathers cafe ", hmm not sure whether is it the same shop but just changed the name or a totally new cafe.
One thing i am not that satisfied with was the rules showed in the cafe. There are some boards and notices showing a lot of " DO NOT " which are quite annoying and also spoilt customer's mood.
Chicken ham and cheese waffle. Rm 9.00. Not that worth for pricing and portion. lol as me and le bf will always like to compare the price with the portion and the taste, whether it is worth for second attempt. I think the toasts at " By the sea " are more worth than this.
Ta-da~! Jeng jeng jeng jeng. Finally we ordered this adorable beary ice cream with the pouring of caramel and marshmallows. It costed rm9.00 as well. It is really really adorable!! Whenever i browse through these beary photos on my phone i would grin towards them and feel these are really adorable <3 Not to forget to mention about the taste, it was acceptable but maybe the caramel tasted quite sweet. There are few of my friends were keep asking me about the place and way to go. Good thing is meant to be shared right ? :) Sharing is caring what haha.
Besides, there is another birdy ice cream with expresso but i still think that beary is cuter lol. The cafe is considered as not bad, as i haven't tried all the foods yet. Nonetheless the ambiance is quite cozy and quiet ( due to the rules lol), but for foods i do not have much comment about them. But no harm trying right.
Ok, that's all about the post. :) Going to island tmr, hope it will be a good and quality time spending with my bf. I miss travelling and chilling outside :( Have to fully utilize the semester break, hmm, reading, going out to chill, exercise!! , chasing dramas and programs and etc. :)
